☔️ Harry vs. The Surprise Downpour 🐶💜

Harry and I headed off for a lovely walk around Lake Weeroona today… and it was eerily quiet! Usually it’s bustling with people, but today we almost had the whole lake to ourselves.

We made it about halfway around when the rain started as a light mist. “No worries,” we thought…

A few minutes later it absolutely bucketed down! 🌧️😂

There was no turning back, so we powered on to the car. Poor Harry ended up completely drenched! But despite looking like a soggy little mop, he still made time for the important things in life—stopping at every tree for a good sniff. 🐾

Considering Harry isn’t exactly a fan of the rain and he forgot his little raincoat today, I think he handled himself like an absolute champ. ❤️

Sometimes even the wettest walks are the most memorable!

Mallee, you big softy. 💜🐾

Today’s walk was all about following his nose! Every interesting scent deserved a thorough investigation, which meant we spent plenty of time walking in circles while Mallee made sure he didn’t miss a single smell. 🌿👃

Despite his size, Mallee is such a gentle sweetheart with the softest nature. Watching him happily sniff his way through the world is a reminder that sometimes the best adventures happen at a slower pace.

Meet the gorgeous Remi! 🐾💜

Remi is one of those sweet, soft-hearted doggos who simply wants to do the right thing. She has such a gentle nature and is always eager to please, but don’t let that fool you—she still has a playful side that shines through!

On our walks, Remi is an absolute delight. She walks beautifully on the lead, happily strolling by my side before taking the lead to investigate all the exciting smells the world has to offer. Every sniff is an adventure, and it’s a joy watching her curiosity at work.

She’s such a lovely girl, and every walk with her is full of gentle moments, wagging tails, and plenty of happy sniffs. 🐶💕

Meet these two beautiful girls, Peach and Daisy. 🍑🌼

(And yes, if you’re a Nintendo fan, you probably smiled at their names… but these lovely ladies weren’t actually named after the princesses! 😄)

Peach is the definition of calm and gentle. She’s kind-hearted, beautifully trained, and loves having someone give her directions. Despite being semi-deaf, she knows an impressive number of tricks and hand signals and is always eager to show just how clever she is. She loves going in between your legs when you least expect it.

Then there’s little Daisy. 💛 Sweet, affectionate, and full of enthusiasm, she’s still learning the ropes. She might not have Peach’s polished manners just yet, but she’s trying her best—and that’s what makes her so lovable.

Walking these two together is always entertaining! Peach strolls along like the perfect lady, taking everything in. Daisy, on the other hand, seems convinced she’s late for the most important appointment of her life and is determined to get there as quickly as possible! 😂

They’re such a gorgeous pair, each with their own unique personality, and spending time with them is always a highlight of my day. 🐾💕

Back with some familiar faces, and they were just as wonderful as ever! ❤️

🐶 Max continues to tackle life with boundless enthusiasm. Whether he’s investigating something new or setting off on his next adventure, he approaches everything with a happy heart and the best of intentions.

🐶 Edmund remains the sweetest companion. Calm, gentle, and ever so polite, he’s the kind of dog who makes every visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.

🐀 Nezumi and Sophia were busy being their usual cheeky selves. These gorgeous girls are full of character, always finding ways to keep things interesting and bring a smile to my face.

🐢 Patrick was, as always, the picture of tranquillity. Happily going about his day and proving that sometimes the best approach to life is to take things nice and slow.

It’s always a pleasure catching up with this delightful bunch and seeing all their unique personalities shine. Until next time, friends! 🥰

I always know when it’s walking time because my arrival is greeted with the world’s most dramatic soundtrack by Mal. 😂

The whining starts the second I walk in, as if to say, “Excuse me… I have been waiting my ENTIRE LIFE for this walk!” 🐶🎶

It’s equal parts excitement, impatience, and a tiny bit of “Hurry up, human!” Don’t worry, buddy—we’ll get there… just as soon as I manage to clip your lead on while you’re wiggling with excitement! 💜🐾

Meet Winston! 🐾💙

I’m so excited to welcome Winston as one of my new regular walking buddies! ☺️

Winston is such a sweet, handsome boy who just wants to do the right thing—and honestly, he gets it right 99.9% of the time! He’s an absolute pleasure to walk, with beautiful lead manners, no pulling, and happily walking either beside me or just ahead.

One of my favourite things about Winston is how often he looks back at me, checking in for directions and guidance. It’s such a lovely reminder of the trust he’s already building, and it makes our walks together even more special.

I’m looking forward to many more adventures with this gorgeous boy! 🐶🐾💜

Meet the adorable duo, Tilly and Enzo! 🐾💜

Tilly is a gentle, beautiful Kelpie who has taken her role as Enzo’s teacher very seriously. She’s the perfect mentor, showing him the ropes and leading by example on every adventure.

On our walks, Tilly is always out the front, happily leading the pack with her nose to the ground, making sure not a single interesting scent goes unnoticed! 🐕🌿 Meanwhile, sweet little Enzo patiently waits for Tilly to finish her important sniffing duties before they’re off exploring again.

Enzo is an adorable, very playful little puppy who is learning not to pull on the lead and to walk nicely by your side. He’s picking it up incredibly well and is such a quick learner! Watching his confidence grow with Tilly’s guidance has been so lovely.

These two make the sweetest team, and it’s a joy to watch their friendship and teamwork blossom with every walk. 🥰🐾

Some of my favourite regulars, Mana and Oli, are always such a joy to visit! 🥰

Mana, the sweetest doggo, and Oli, the adorable catto, are both full of the funniest little personalities that never fail to make me smile. They each have their own quirky ways of saying hello, asking for attention, and keeping me entertained every visit.

Despite their cheeky moments, they’re both incredibly gentle, affectionate, and just so easy to fall in love with. It’s always a highlight getting to spend time with these two gorgeous souls, and I feel so lucky to be their buddy. 💜🐾

Another wonderful day spent with some gorgeous furry friends! 🐾💜

Rosie, the beautiful black cat, was as friendly as ever and always happy to soak up plenty of attention and affection. She has such a sweet nature and is an absolute delight to visit.

Then there was Buddy, the tiny little rascal! Full of mischief, endless curiosity, and puppy antics that are impossible not to smile at. He’s got that cheeky charm that makes you forgive him instantly. 🐶💕

And finally, Bonnie, who is absolutely adorable but this girl has speed when she has the zoomies and guarding the backyard.

I feel so lucky that I get to spend my days caring for such amazing personalities. I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥰🐾
