Full cut and groom
Wash and blow dry or hand dry
Nail clip, if required. Owners may be asked to assist depending on age and behaviour of dog
Puppy first grooms - owners

required to assist first grooms to relieve stress for puppies as can be scary. Owners given advice during groom on how to look after puppy grooming on a day to day basis
Appointments not double booked so soon as groom nearly finished you will receive a SMS to come and collect your dog or dogs

DOGAWASH CANCELLATION FEE

If you confirm your appointments then do not attend DogawashHome Care at the specified appointment time, you will be considered a 'no show' and a $30 cancellation fee will need to be paid before your next appointment . In some cases, depending on situation you will no longer be considered as a client. I do not have time to waste when another dog could have been booked into that time slot.

Additionally if you confirm your appointment, then cancel it at last moment you will also be charged a $30 cancellation fee per dog if you have multiple dogs
