Dear friends and everyone who follows my Facebook,

Today I wanted to share not just my thoughts, but also a small vision — like a postcard from my heart.

Imagine a quiet room. I am sitting on the floor, holding my cats close to me, my dog pressed gently against my side.
Outside the window, far in the corner of the sky, there is a distant explosion — a reminder of fear and uncertainty.
But inside, there is something stronger: love, warmth, and the unbreakable bond between us.

This image reflects what I feel deeply inside.

If, God forbid, there were a nuclear war or another terrible disaster, I would never abandon or betray my animals.

I would do everything possible to make sure my mother reached a safe place shelter, but I would stay with my cats and my dog.

I rescued my animals from the streets, took them into my home, treated them, protected them, and gave them my love.

I did not save them only to abandon them during the most frightening and difficult moment of their lives.

They trust me. They depend on me. They are not “just animals” — they are my beloved family.

I save cats today, and I will continue protecting them in the future.

I would never leave them alone, frightened and wondering where I had gone.

I would stay beside them, hold them, comfort them, and do everything in my power to keep them safe, healthy, and together with me.

Even if a save place- shelter did not allow me to enter with my cats and my dog, I would not leave them behind.

I would remain with them and do everything possible for us to stay together.
Even if my own life were at risk, I could never walk away from those who trust and love me.

Now I would sincerely like to ask you the same question:

How deeply do you love your animals? If, God forbid, a nuclear disaster or another terrible emergency happened, would you leave your cats, dogs, birds, or other animals behind and go to a shelter?

Or would you stay with them?

Please share your honest thoughts and your story.

I would be very interested to read what you would do, because our animals depend on us most of all during the hardest moments.

For me, the answer will always remain the same: I will never abandon my animals. We are a family, and we will stay together.

Kind regards
Liana

Dear friends,

What is life?

I have asked myself this question many times, and this is how I see it.

Life is a precious gift. We are here to live it with love, kindness, compassion, honesty and respect—not only towards others, but also towards ourselves.

I truly believe that every person comes into this world for a reason. None of us is here by accident. Each of us has a purpose, and each of us has the ability to make someone else’s life a little brighter.

During my 52 years of life, I have met many different people. Doctors, lawyers, police officers, teachers, writers, restaurant workers, directors, managers, employees, educated and uneducated people, people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds.

I have met kind people and cruel people.

Honest people and dishonest people.

People who inspire others and people who try to destroy them.

People who help quietly and people who only think about themselves.

This is life.

We are all different.

But one thing remains the same:

Every one of us chooses the path we walk.

Over the years I have learned something that life has proven to me again and again:

Truth always finds its way to the surface.

Lies may survive for a while, but they never last forever.

If someone hurts another person through jealousy, dishonesty or cruelty, sooner or later those actions return to them.

The same is true for kindness.

Every act of compassion returns to us, often in ways we never expect.

I believe that we are all made of energy.

The energy we give to others always comes back to us.

If we give love, honesty, kindness, respect and compassion, our soul becomes brighter.

Our spirit grows stronger.

We feel peace inside.

But when we choose hatred, lies, manipulation, cruelty or selfishness, that darkness slowly grows within us. It steals our peace, our happiness and sometimes even our health.

That is why I believe kindness is never wasted.

No matter who you are—a doctor, lawyer, manager, director, employee, teacher, police officer or business owner—please treat people with dignity and respect.

If you are a leader, help the people who work with you.

Teach them.

Support them.

Encourage them.

A great leader is remembered not because people feared them, but because people respected them.

If you are an employee, work honestly and treat others with kindness.

If you are a doctor, please listen carefully to your patients.

Patients come to you because they are suffering.

Please listen to every symptom they tell you.

Please write an honest and complete medical report.

Sometimes listening is the first step toward healing.

When a patient says, “Doctor, please hear me,” those words deserve your full attention.

If you are a lawyer, never encourage your client to lie.

Justice can only exist where truth exists.

If you work in customer service, in a restaurant or anywhere people come to you for help, remember that kindness costs nothing but can completely change someone’s day.

Many problems in life can be solved simply by listening to one another with respect.

If someone truly wants to understand you, they will listen.

If someone refuses to listen, perhaps it is time to seek help from someone who will.

Life also teaches us about friendship.

Some friends stay beside us during our darkest moments.

Others disappear, betray us or become jealous.

These experiences hurt, but they also teach us wisdom.

They help us recognise who truly belongs in our lives.

The same lesson applies to animals.

I have spent many years rescuing homeless cats, and they have taught me one of life’s greatest lessons.

Animals never ask for much.

Sometimes all they need is a bowl of clean water, a little food and kindness.

One small act of compassion can save a life.

Never underestimate the power of a simple good deed.

Love is much more than saying, “I love you.”

Real love is shown through actions.

It is listening.

It is helping.

It is respecting.

It is telling the truth.

It is standing beside someone when they need you most.

That is love.

Not just words.

Actions.

We are all guests in this world.

Our time here is temporary.

None of us knows what tomorrow will bring.

So ask yourself:

How do I want people to remember me?

As someone who spread kindness?

Or as someone who spread fear, lies and negativity?

Perhaps we cannot change the whole world, but we can change the small part of it that we touch every single day.

Every kind word, every helping hand, every act of honesty and every moment of compassion matters.

Before you speak, ask yourself:

Will my words heal, or will they hurt?

Before you act, ask yourself:

Am I leaving light behind me, or darkness?

We may never know how deeply one act of kindness can change another person’s life, but kindness is never wasted.

Be the person who listens.

Be the person who tells the truth.

Be the person who helps.

Be the person who forgives.

Be the person who respects others.

Be the person whose presence brings peace, hope and kindness.

The world does not need more hatred, jealousy or cruelty.

The world needs more humanity.

More compassion.

More understanding.

More honesty.

More love.

Always remember that every choice you make becomes part of the legacy you leave behind.

When your journey on Earth is over, people will not remember how much money you had, what title you held or how powerful you were.

They will remember how you treated people.

They will remember whether you gave hope or took it away.

They will remember whether your words brought comfort or pain.

That is the true measure of a life.

I still believe there are many beautiful people in this world.

I still believe kindness is stronger than hate.

I still believe honesty is stronger than lies.

And I still believe that every act of love makes this world a better place.

Never be ashamed of having a kind heart.

Never be afraid to help someone in need.

Never stop believing that goodness still exists.

Let us choose kindness.

Let us respect one another.

Let us help one another.

Let us protect those who cannot protect themselves.

Let us listen before we judge.

Above all, let us never forget our humanity.

I wish every one of you good health, peace, love and happiness.

May your heart always remain kind.

May your soul continue to shine brightly.

And may your life become a light that brings hope, kindness and respect to everyone you meet.
Warm regards
Liana Melnichuk

🚨 URGENT —

STREET CATS NEED HELP

We are asking the community for help.

Liana m friend who has been helping always these street cats for many many years, is currently unwell.

The person who previously fed the cats in Bankstown stopped coming almost a month ago.
At the moment, only Maria feeds them on weekends, which is sadly not enough.

Yesterday we received heartbreaking news —
💔 one cat has already died.

There are still five cats remaining, waiting every day for food.

We kindly ask everyone to understand:

Rescue organisations are responsible only for desexing, medical care, and helping cats find safe homes.
They are not responsible for feeding every street colony forever or collecting all cats from the streets.

We already help street cats in three different areas, using our own time, money, and energy.
No volunteer group can cover the entire Sydney.

People help animals voluntarily — from compassion, not obligation.

If you live nearby and can help feed these cats even once or twice a week, please help.

You don’t need to rescue them.
You don’t need to take them home.
Just food and water can save their lives.
All these cats already desexing. Liana Desex them.

Jealous person.
She know who is she !!!!!!
Please remember:

Do not spread rumours.
Do not blame .
Do not speak badly about others people who have already done 13 years of unpaid work helping animals.

Look after yourself.

Again These cats did not choose street life.
They simply wait… hoping someone will come back.

One life has already been lost.
Please don’t let the others disappear silently.

If you can help — please contact us.

Kindness from one person can mean survival for them.

Regards
Natalie (admin)
