Entry Requirements:
Submit a box containing a minimum of six portions of meat (approximately 50g per portion).
You can include multiple cuts of the same protein.
Proteins accepted: beef, chicken, lamb, or pork.

Entries will be judged on presentation, taste, and texture.

All entries must be delivered to the Alice Springs Convention Centre by 5 PM on Saturday, 3rd May.

Expression of Interest are open for our Cattle Breaking School, this school is for all children interested in brining cattle to this year’s show.

The school will teach you how to break in your poddy, prep for the show as well as tips in the show ring with handling and judging.

So bring your poddy 🐂 along for a fun filled weekend!

FYI – Allflex will be pausing their production for the next 5 days, so if you’ve got tags on order, there may be a slight delay 🌪

Stay safe everyone! Due to Cyclone Alfred our Australian Allflex Tag Printing Facility will temporarily pause production from close of business today the 5th of March with the intent of reopening on the 10th of March, all going well after the cyclone.
