We had a wonderful first day in the new encounter building!!! Abu also did absolutely great meeting everyone for the first time!! Come see us soon and enjoy the same amazing experience you have always had in the critter cabin and on the farm but with the new addition to the experience in the encounter building!!

Pictured to the left is Bob who came to us last year about the size of my thumbnail & to the right is Beetlejuice who many of you have already met! These giant sweet frogs are pixie frogs or giant African bullfrogs! They can grow up to 10 inches full grown. We finally got our other two pixie frogs along with several new lizards (who I will post soon) moved to the critter cabin yesterday! We can’t wait for you all to see our new and improved reptile room!! 🦎🕷️🐸

Beginning this Friday our guests will now get to privately encounter Abu the ringtail lemur, Pumba the capybara & various other animals in our encounter building along with the same great critter cabin & farm experience you have always had!
Your kids will also get to enjoy our indoor bounce house while you wait for your personal encounters!
September tickets are also live!!!

We have been keeping a secret & we have a brand new baby to introduce to you guys!!!!
Abu is a precious 9 week old ringtail lemur and he will be in our new encounter building during tours starting Friday 8/15 ready to meet you guys!!
Yes, you will get to hold him and likely experience him jumping all over you!!
More to come about our new encounter building tomorrow but that’s another thing that’s going to add to the ability for you guys to enjoy your experience at FairyTails and we are so excited!!

What’s a Goatslicker?

Goatslicker (n): When you grew up in the city as a "city slicker", but then you decide to raise goats on your rural homestead, then you become a "Goatslicker!"

Yup, we grew up city kids more or less. So we are pretty novice when it comes to agriculture and livestock. We may be getting in over our heads but that is what it’s all about! We are starting small but plan to grow our little heard into the best quality Nubian Goats in Tennessee.
