What a fantastic couple of trial weekends for Yellowmoor Gundogs! 🐾💚
We are incredibly proud of all five of our dogs. Every trial is another opportunity to learn, improve, and enjoy working together.
🏆 Woodrush Trophy | 06–07 June 2026
🥇 Int. FTCh Florence Pondcastle vom Fichtenhorst won the Woodrush Trophy, taking 1st Place! What an outstanding achievement – we couldn’t be prouder! 💛
🌟 Lemon of Pondcastle entered her very first Beginner Working Test, scoring 18, 0, 17, 20. One unfortunate zero kept us from a higher placing, but for her debut we’re more than happy with her performance!
🐾 Dummy Trial Neukirchen an der Vöckla | 26 June 2026
🐝 Wauniago Honey Bee received Very Good in the Novice class and was awarded the Guns’ Choice. Unfortunately, the last dummy didn’t go our way—but that’s trialling!
🐻 Hanna vom Fichtenhorst earned an excellent 4th Place (Excellent) in the Open class. Such a brave bear—we’re so proud of her!
🐾 Working Test Neukirchen an der Vöckla | 27 June 2026
🤍 Lemon of Pondcastle successfully passed the Beginner class. Well done, little snowball! There’s still room for improvement, but she’s heading in the right direction.
🥝 Kiwi vom Fichtenhorst competed in both the Beginner and Newcomer classes. Once again, one unlucky zero got in the way, but her Newcomer scores (20, 19, 0, 20) show exactly what she’s capable of.
We are happy with every single one of our dogs. They all gave their best, and every competition shows us what to work on next. The journey continues, and we’re already looking forward to the next trials!
