When we feed our Dams, we try to make sure they get the best nutrition possible! We will not only feed kibble, but venison, beef, elk, turkey, duck, sardines, eggs, salmon,fruit, veggies, yogurt, and supplements. Sometimes our dams get VERY picky while pregnant or just after whelping and then we become crazy chef’s in the kitchen coming up with all different recipes. Here is our favorite tool in the kitchen: an Instant Pot!!! Seriously this appliance is so amazing, we had to get two!! This is where we do most of our cooking for the dogs. We used to cook on the cooktop consistently, but this is much safer for everyone and the dogs. The other tool we have been using is our silicone cupcake holders. We have been making frozen treats for them… at least they think its treats because it is frozen and the shape. In these we have some that are yogurt & blueberries, turkey, rice and supplements, snd beef and supplements. They LOVE these! I wish we would have thought of doing this sooner!!
